Registration and Payment Options

To register yourself or others to attend the IFS Conference 2021 you are required to enter information about the buyer and details of the person for each ticket selected. You may select multiple tickets to be included in one invoice payment transaction.

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex – 1.1% AMEX), Zip, or you can download the invoice and pay later via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) into LCSA's Nominated Bank account. Make sure you add the invoice number for the reference or description when making the bank transfer payment.

We are using Humanitix for our conference registration and payment processing. Please refer to their "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy" on the Humanitix website. 

Payment of Registration Fees

All accounts must be paid in full prior to the Conference. Earlybird Registration fee will be available until 31 May 2021. Payment for Earlybird Registrations MUST be received by COB on 30 June 2021. After this date the Earlybird rate expires and the Standard rate will be applied automatically to all unpaid registrations.

Contingency Plans

If restrictions are put into place that prevent us from running face-to-face activities, the conference organisers reserve the right to change the conference program accordingly, including moving the entire program online for virtual participation only. In this case you may choose to apply for a refund and not attend the event at all, or be reimbursed the difference between a hybrid and virtual ticket and attend online.

Currently NSW Public Health Orders and the rules of UTS Aerial Function Centre restrict the number of face-to-face delegates to 247. As restrictions ease, there will be more tickets released accordingly. Therefore there may be an option for delegates to upgrade to face-to-face attendance by paying the difference, should the numbers allow.

Refund Policy

We hope that you will not have to cancel your registration, however if you are unable to attend the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund maybe available, subject to the following timeline:

  • Cancellations received prior to 16 August 2021 will receive a full refund, less $100 administration charge
  • 21 days before hand - 80% refund available
  • 7 days before hand - 50% refund available
  • 0-6 days before hand - Refund not available

To request a cancellation/refund, please contact the event organiser by email.

If you are unable to attend, a substitute is welcome at no extra charge. Please advise our event organiser of the details of the substitute delegate in writing (email).
